I liked the location, quietness and polite and helpful staff. They are always smiling and very patient with my young kids. Thank you. The view from our 15th floor window was amazing.

The room was amazing, the staff was really friendly and the restaurant at the top was really amazing. Just a little walk from the Station but around there are shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, and the view was fantastic. About 10 minutes walk to Amagasaki Hanshin station. Staff were friendly. We used a coin laundry which was 5 mins. walk. Convenience store about 5 mins. walk on the upper overpass on way to station.

The hotel is in old Japanese fashion but well preserved and clean. Although the equipment is old school, I love how they are designed with customers in the center.
